IronLeaf products are crafted with care and built to last. If a product arrives defective due to a structural issue, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer. To be eligible for replacement, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the defect.

For all other returns, we accept unused and undamaged products returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected. Please note that customized or used items are not eligible for return.

1. What makes IronLeaf different from other plant supports? IronLeaf is crafted from durable steel and aluminum, featuring a weighted monstera-leaf base for stability, a modular expandable design with 2-piece construction keeping your plant in its pot without disrupting its roots. It's built to outlast the cheap, flimsy supports on the market.
2. How tall does IronLeaf go? The IronLeaf housing extends 12' while the IronLeaf XL extends 24". Extension pieces can be purchased to continue to expand and grow with your plants. There's no limit to how high your IronLeaf can climb with extensions.
3. Does IronLeaf come with moss? Yes, every IronLeaf is sold as a "ready to go" product. Simply add your plant, adjust the height to your pot and plant, then watch it grow! No extra trips to the store to get additional materials. Extra moss mixtures are available for purchase.
4. How do I water the IronLeaf? Each unit comes with a watering container. Simply fill the container and place it upside down on top of the mixture to let the water slowly release down. We love the sound of the bubbling effect! If you wish to water a little faster, go ahead and just slowly pour the water over top and let it cascade down. We suggest watering 1-2x/week making sure of a full watering having some excess drain out from the bottom.
5. How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but tracking details will be provided once your order ships .
6. Do you ship internationally? At launch, IronLeaf is available for domestic shipping within the United States. International shipping options will be announced as we expand.
7. What if my IronLeaf arrives damaged? If your order arrives with any structural defects, we'll replace it at no cost. Just contact us within 7-days of delivery with photos of the issue.
